    • Incorrectly provided shipping address resulting in non-delivery.

    • Failure to notify us about any issues with the product within the specified time frame

    • Provide your order details, including the order number, product name, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

    • Our customer support team will review your request and may require additional information or evidence, such as photographs or videos, to assess the situation.

    • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, if necessary.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take 10-14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  • Return Shipping:

    • If the return of the product is required, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

    • In some cases, we may cover the return shipping costs, while in other cases, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping fees. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Exchanges:

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to request a refund following the refund process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired product.
